The CAHS Staff Awards asks you to recognise and nominate CAHS employees who have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service for the Consumer Excellence Award.

The previous award winner was Rachel Scadden, a Clinical Nurse from the Community Health Enuresis clinic in Lockridge.

Rachel was nominated by a parent who wanted her to be recognised for her "exemplary service and care that was given to her son." From the nomination it was clear that Rachel is incredibly dedicated and passionate about what she does, and she has had a huge impact on this family's life.

If you know of a CAHS Community Health, Mental Health or Perth Children's Hospital staff member who has shown you or your child exceptional care, complete the CAHS Consumer Excellence Award nomination form (PDF 153kb) to recognise and reward them for them their service.

Nominations close on Friday 16 November and can be handed in to a staff member or emailed to CAHS.comms@health.wa.gov.au.

The Consumer Excellence Award is proudly sponsored by HESTA and ME Bank.
